Comprehensive control

By scanning the keychains, both during delivery and reception, we obtain real-time information about who has the keys to each property. This avoids unnecessary key duplication due to loss or lack of information, as we always know the actual stock.

Full stock availability

Thanks to key control, authorized personnel can access the property without any hindrance. They can locate and request keys at any time, and justify to the client the specific situation of each copy.

Document processing

Lockio can automatically generate delivery and return contracts for keys. In case of signature, it can globally request the return and delivery to different managers.

GDPR compliant

When receiving keys, they are linked to a keychain and registered in a database. In case of loss, no one without access to the back-office will know which property those keys belong to. It is even possible to contact a lost key center by scanning a keychain without the Lockio App.

Possibility of reports and data control

The system generates historical data of the activity, current situation, and person who is in charge of each key. Periodic reports with the most relevant data. It is even possible to add customizable alerts that notify of anomalies or recent activity.

Implementation process

Ring binding:

Ring binding process. Once in the circuit, the keys are controlled by Lockio and their tracking can be done through our software.

Distribution:

Sending keys to authorized personnel, as well as a batch of empty keychains to associate keys that are outside the system.

Normalization:

After the authorized personnel have adapted to the new system, the entire process is normalized and controlled for all properties.
